The Holt is situated in its own acre of garden. Recently completely refurbished, the villa offers first class, self-catering accommodation with a private 30ft long pool.
The villa is large and airy. Fans are strategically located but seldom used due to the cooling breeze.
There is a large sitting room with cable television (extra charge), CD player, radio. Free Wi-Fi broadband connection (or plug in).
A modern kitchen with dishwasher, hob, large oven and separate microwave, freezer and fridge. All worktops are granite. There is a separate laundry room. There are two dining areas one inside and one on the large verandah where there is also a bbq. A further charcoal burning bbq is to be found by the swimming pool.
Included in the weekly charge is maid service once a week. A car can be hired directly from us.
